Job Description
Assistant Manager:
Independently managing Team and Client with ability to prioritize the tasks and excellent delegation skills
Time to time update yourself and educate team about the key changes happening in the business
Zeal to drive the culture of process improvement and Kaizen by implementing adequate internal controls and compliance to implement efficient practices
Continued L & D trainings of Team members
Communicating with Client on day-to-day basis to understand expectations and provide regular updates
Liaise with internal management to provide updates on process health and workforce management
Handle complex queries and / or escalations from Internal and external stakeholders
Mentoring Team members on Day-to-Day activities and ensure conflict free environment
Accurate review of incoming invoices,
processing and issuing of approvals within the business.
Managing adhoc queries from internal or external stakeholders.
Facilitating timely payments to suppliers to a KPI of 95% in 60 days. Including payments via the credit card function.
Maintaining accurate data within the system and within the creditor records (includes credit/tax checks)
Supporting team with AP tasks such as Invoice Processing & Coding, Master vendor
payments, Vendor creations, etc.
Ad hoc duties including reporting
Strong technical knowledge of Accounts domain
Managing excellent client relationship
Good with MS Suite (Excel / Powerpoint / Word )
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Logical thinker, Solution driven approach & decision making skills
Ability to prioritize the tasks and excellent delegation skills
Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on approach
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrating good interpersonal
skills and being able to show initiative, approachability, and accountability.
Build trusted relationships to enhance collaboration and cooperation.
Interact with others in an open, honest, respectful and fair manner, use a
range of communication styles and methods to convey information.
