HR- Talent Management (Payroll)

JD:

1. HRIS Management: Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
2. Employee Data: Administer employee records and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
3. Process Improvement: Streamline HR workflows and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency.
4. Payroll Coordination: Assist in payroll processing and address payroll-related issues.
5. Policy Compliance: Support HR policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
7. Learning & Development: Coordinate L&D programs, including scheduling, tracking, and evaluating outcomes.
8. Continuous Performance Management (OKRs): Support the implementation and management of the OKR framework, ensuring alignment of employee objectives with business goals and tracking performance progress regularly.
9. HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and process enhancements.

) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.

3) Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

4) Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology platforms.

5) Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.

6) Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

7) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8) Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

9) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

10) Strong organizational and time management abilities.
