Technical Training Coordinator

Objective:
The candidate will support the Downstream Technical Training initiatives by ensuring effective coordination, data management, and documentation across all 12 manufacturing units. This role is crucial in driving the successful execution and monitoring of training programs and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Coordination:
• Capture and consolidate technical training data across all 12 manufacturing units.
• Gather monthly training plans, training calendars, skill matrices, and yearly training plans.
2. Support for Training Programs and Projects:
• Compile and track data related to improvement projects, including the Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) training lifecycle.
• Monitor the progress of DET induction programs, technical training, on-the-job training, and assessment scores.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and update documents related to training initiatives and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date task status reports, ensuring timely submission and review.
4. Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and prepare for regular training review meetings.
• Draft and circulate meeting agendas, pre-meeting documents, and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Ensure task follow-ups and updates post-meeting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in HR, Operations, or Technical domains).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role involving coordination, data management, or training support.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data consolidation and report generation.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of Learning and Develop will be an added advantage.
