Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced L2 (GM) for the PMO/MIS Team to lead project governance, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and at least 7 years of experience in the PMO function within the telecommunication industry, adhering to PMP standards. Strong expertise in MS Projects is required.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement PMO strategies to enhance project efficiency and governance.

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects with adherence to PMP standards.

Oversee MIS functions, ensuring accurate data reporting and process optimization.

Manage risk assessment, resource allocation, and project tracking to drive efficiency.

Utilize MS Projects for project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with project execution.

Ensure compliance with telecommunication industry standards and best practices.

Provide training and mentorship on project management methodologies and tools.

Required Skills & Competencies: Extensive experience in PMO functions and project management within the telecom industry.

Strong expertise in PMP methodologies, project governance, and risk management.

Proficiency in MS Projects for effective project planning and execution.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification from PMI is preferred.

Experience in strategic planning and performance monitoring.

Strong understanding of telecommunication industry regulations.
