Experience: 10-15 Years (Minimum 10 Years in Liaison Work in Telecom)

Education: B. Tech/MBA/Post Graduate Preferred

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ROW Head to lead Right of Way (RoW) activities, ensuring smooth coordination with government and semi-government agencies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in liaison work within the telecom industry and preferably have held a senior position in the government sector. Local candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Right of Way (RoW) acquisition processes for telecom infrastructure projects.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with government and semi-government agencies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory guidelines for RoW permissions.

Negotiate and facilitate permits, approvals, and clearances from authorities.

Handle legal and contractual aspects related to RoW acquisition.

Address and resolve escalations related to RoW issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the RoW process and remove bottlenecks.

Develop strategies for cost optimization and faster approvals.

Required Skills & Competencies: Extensive experience in Right of Way (RoW) and liaison work within the telecom sector.

Strong network and relationship management with government agencies.

Expertise in regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and approvals.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of government policies and telecom industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a senior government position or working with government/semi-government agencies.

Local candidates with a strong understanding of regional policies and regulations.

Strong grasp of legal aspects related to RoW and telecom infrastructure.
