Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced General Manager (L2) for the GIS Team to lead Geographic Information System (GIS) operations within the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GIS functions, particularly within the telecom industry, and a proven track record in a senior managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage GIS operations, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee spatial data analysis, mapping, and infrastructure planning for telecom projects.

Develop and implement GIS strategies aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless GIS integration.

Utilize advanced GIS tools and technologies to enhance data visualization and reporting.

Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Manage GIS team performance, training, and skill development.

Drive innovation and process optimization in GIS functions.

Required Skills & Competencies:Strong expertise in GIS applications, mapping software, and data analytics.

Extensive experience in telecom GIS operations and infrastructure planning.

Proven leadership in managing GIS teams and projects.

Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in GIS software, remote sensing, and spatial database management.

Ability to handle large-scale GIS projects with cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing GIS projects in the telecom sector.
