Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced L2 (DGM/GM) Head for the Procurement and Commercial + Supply Chain Management (P&C + SCM) Team. The ideal candidate will lead procurement strategies, oversee commercial operations, and drive supply chain efficiencies at a national level. This role requires a strong track record in managing NHQ SCM activities and expertise in procurement, supplier negotiations, and contract management within the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute national-level procurement and supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement planning to optimize costs and quality.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry regulations.

Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards in procurement processes.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals.

Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for procurement and supply chain operations.

Utilize data analytics and ERP tools to monitor procurement performance and optimize supply chain processes.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory standards, and best industry practices.

Required Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in managing NHQ SCM activities with strategic vision.

Strong expertise in procurement management, commercial operations, and supply chain optimization.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage large-scale procurement projects and drive continuous improvements.

Knowledge of telecom sector supply chain requirements and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software.

Preferred

Qualifications: Experience leading telecom industry procurement and supply chain teams.

Certifications in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM, etc.) preferred.

Strong understanding of global procurement practices and contract laws.
