OTDR Testing Operator

Role & responsibilities

• To maximize OTDR Fibre Count testing & ensure error free OTDR testing.
• To ensure Correctness and availability of OTDR test reports.
• To perform error free OTDR testing during third party inspection.
• To carryout verification of other cable attributes & ensure 100% Visual and physical checks on product manufactured.
• To Timely intimate production operator for any non-conformance of product.
• To maintain the testing equipment in good condition and hand over the same to shift in charge / reliever.
• To perform SAP result recording and usage decision of drums tested.
• To Train of new entrants for OTDR testing and related activities.
• Follow the safety & health rules and protect the environment
