Quality Inspector

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessment measures for all products ready for shipment and incoming raw materials.
• Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to comprehend product requirements thoroughly.
• Reject incoming raw materials failing to meet quality expectations, promptly reporting issues to the relevant department.
• Resolve quality-related issues while adhering to deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive training to the quality assurance team.
• Develop efficient design protocols applicable across all domains.
• Prepare detailed documentation of the inspection process, including comprehensive reports and performance records.
• Recommend improvement measures to enhance production processes and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Guide the production team on quality control issues to elevate product quality.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels to ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee production phases at various levels to maintain quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having quality department experience in Manufacturing industries with the process of Molding, welding, crimping, soldering, potting,Assembly and testing
