Job Description: HRBP
Position: HRBP
Location: Gurgaon, India
Company: Infotel Group of Companies (www.infotel.in) (Candidate having experience in Fintech companies and managed Global employees is preferred)
Overview: As the HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources function for both India and international employees within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR practices in both local and global contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to business success.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process for India and international positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization seamlessly.
3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes.
5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. Support career development initiatives to facilitate employee growth and progression within the organization.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs for India and international employees, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations. Review and update compensation structures and benefits packages as needed.
7. HR Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations in India and other relevant jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
8. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to gather insights into workforce trends, performance metrics, and employee engagement levels. Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
9. Global HR Operations: Manage HR operations for international offices, including payroll administration, expatriate management, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of success in managing HR functions for both India and international employees.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
• Experience managing employees outside India is essential.
• Experience level: 3-5 years.
