Job Title: Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning to lead our supply chain, procurement, logistics, and vendor management functions. The ideal candidate will bring over 13 years of expertise in supply chain planning, purchase & procurement, inventory management, and transportation. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, strategic vendor negotiations, and data-driven decision-making to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Planning & Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Vendor & Procurement Management: Handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and vendor evaluation for projects across telecom, solar, and fiber technologies.
• Material Planning & Logistics: Ensure timely procurement and dispatch of materials, manage logistics planning, and oversee transport arrangements.
• Process Optimization & Compliance: Streamline procurement and logistics processes, ensuring adherence to compliance and company policies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
• Data & Performance Management: Monitor supply chain KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
