IT Administrator

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software applications
• Monitoring and Administration of the IT Infrastructure like Laptop, Desktop & Printer, Installation, and configuration of Windows Operating System
• Working on setting up of Lan / Wan
• Knowledge on Web Server, Control Panel, Software and Services such, File sharing Server(s) etc
• Maintenance of IT network (LAN and WAN) and system security
• Worked on backup server
• Installation & troubleshooting of printer and scanners
• Working knowledge of firewall and policy configuration
• Handling Documentation and Excel related admin task
• Technical support related communication with external hosting and domain, email agency.

Requirements/ skills (including education details):

• Bachelor Degree in any field with 5 years of experience
• Certification in networking will be added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
