Showroom Manager

Job Title: Showroom Sales Incharge
Department: Sales & Marketing

• Sales Management:
  
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for hardware products.
• Drive showroom sales by actively engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and recommending products.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Implement sales promotions and campaigns to boost showroom traffic and sales.
• Customer Service:
  
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best use practices.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, including in-store events, product launches, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hardware or retail sector.

Skills:

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware products and customer preferences.
• Proficient in MS Office and showroom management software.
