Role & responsibilities : Area Sales Manager

Location: Nasik

• Territory Management: Oversee and manage the sales operations within a specific geographic area. Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales potential in the assigned region.
• Sales Targets & Forecasting: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set for the area, ensuring sustainable growth. Monitor sales performance and forecast future sales trends.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches. Provide feedback from the field to enhance marketing strategies.

Criteria:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade sales, ideally within the hardware, construction, or building materials industry.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on trade and B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of the hardware industry, products, and customer needs.
• Ability to manage a sales territory, meet targets, and develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
