Role & responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, aligned with our brand's overall business objectives.

2. Conduct market research and analyze competitors, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve market share.

Online Store Management

3. Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and luxurious online shopping experience.

4. Oversee the development and implementation of new features, functionality, and design enhancements.

Product Management

5. Collaborate with our merchandising team to develop and implement product strategies, ensuring a curated and cohesive online product offering.

6. Manage product data, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Marketing and Promotion

7. Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

8. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our brand's overall marketing strategy.

Analytics and Reporting

9. Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer feedback to inform e-commerce strategy and optimize online performance.

10. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Customer Experience

11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

12. Collaborate with our customer service team to develop and implement customer service strategies.

# Requirements:

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the luxury retail industry.

Skills and Qualifications

3. Proven track record of success in e-commerce management, driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.

4. Strong understanding of luxury online retail, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.

5. Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify), Google Analytics, and online marketing tools.
