Role & responsibilities

• Define and co-ordinate inspection activities with all quality parameters in factories.
• Maintain all records with in the area of responsibility.
• Identifying sample size and acceptable error.
• Check the quality of the product as per counter sample.
• Involves in all new develop samples and proper follow-up.
• 100 % Quality Check
• Having knowledge of below :

Metal : Well Knowledge of Iron, Aluminum, Steel, Brass, GI Sheet, Copper and etching in

Finish : GMoeotadls .K nowledge about Powder Coating, Plating, Enamel (Enamel powder Coat)

Wood : PMaatningao aWndo oAdn, tAiqcuaec fiain Wisho od, Pine Wood, Teak Wood

Finish : Natural, Enamel, Enamel With Printed and Deco Paint, Honey Finish, and Laser

Cutting, Wall Nut

Glass : Clear Glass, Printing, Etching.
