IT Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator with over 4 years of experience who has a strong background in IT infrastructure management and basic knowledge of DevOps tools and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, ensuring network security, providing end-user support, and assisting in DevOps-related tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Administration:

✅ System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations.
✅ Network Management: Manage routers, firewalls, VPNs, and ensure network security and uptime.
✅ User Management: Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based applications.
✅ IT Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage antivirus solutions.
✅ IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
✅ Backup & Recovery: Maintain data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
✅ Vendor Coordination: Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, and annual IT budgets.

DevOps (Good to Have):

🚀 CI/CD Support: Assist with managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
🚀 Cloud Management: Basic experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
🚀 Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, or Python for task automation.
🚀 Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Understanding of Terraform, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools.
🚀 Containerization Basics: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Key Skills Required:

🔹 Strong hands-on experience in Windows & Linux server administration.
🔹 Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services.
🔹 Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and IT asset management.
🔹 Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines, scripting, and cloud platforms.
🔹 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Good communication skills for coordinating across teams and supporting end-users.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

✔ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
✔ AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
✔ CompTIA Security+ or CCNA
✔ ITIL Foundation
