Job Description
We are seeking an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization s IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, implementing security protocols, and providing technical support to staff.
Descriptions
- Provide technical support for ERP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP system issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their ERP needs.
- Train end-users on ERP system functionalities.
- Zoho Desk ticket handling.
- Assign tickets to respective teams.
- Follow up with tickets.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
