Role & responsibilities

• Assembly of Stamping (Progressive, Transfer & Stage) Tool
• Adherence of Assembly Procedure
• Tool Try out

• Adherence of Tool Preventive Maintenance Schedule
• Adherence of Tool Preventive Maintenance Check sheet

• Online Trouble shooting of Stamping (Progressive, Transfer & Stage) Tool
• Why-Why analysis of Tool Breakdown

• 100% Implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action
• Tool Life Improvement
• Kaizen

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Tool Making ( from Tool Room Institute) with 5-6 years of experience in Tool Maintenance.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Stamping Tool i.e. Progressive Tool and Transfer Tool
• Drawings proficiency
• Machine operating proficiency of Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder and Conventional lathe machine.
• Basic Knowledge of Computer, SAP, Catia etc
• Report writing
