Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  
• Manage hotel reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of room assignments, guest information, and billing details.
  
• Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and software applications used for reservations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
