Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee multiple tea stall locations, focusing on quality, cost control, customer experience, and operational compliance. Strong cost management, HR skills, and relationship-building abilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and serve as the main contact for all outlets.
• Drive KPIs and sales targets, and support outlet growth.
• Oversee staff training and ensure operational efficiency for new openings.
• Manage inventory and manpower needs.
• Ensure cost-effective, profitable operations while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Expertise in costing, HR, and multi-location management.
• Experience in opening and running multiple food service locations.
• Must be cost-conscious, quality-focused, and willing to travel across Tamil Nadu.
