Job Description:

Position: Territory Sales Manager - General Trade

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive sales for both General Trade channels within the designated territory.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales revenue.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and promotional activities.
• Regularly review and report on sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales General Trade & Modern Trade, preferably in the OTC Pharma industry.
• Proven track record of team handling and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
