Territory Sales Manager - Distribution

We are hiring for Territory Sales Manager for Distribution channel, who will be handling Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh operations.

Distribution channel sales experience is must*

This job is responsible for delivering primary & secondary numbers, expanding the business, achieving operational efficiency and driving a high level of cross functional collaboration amongst team members for the distribution business at regional level to drive profitability of distributor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS -

• Planning and executing the sell in and sell out to achieve the budgeted value & volume for the distribution business
• Collecting receivables within stipulated credit limit. Monitoring Account Receivables (AR) strictly to increase cash flows
• Aligning all the distributors with the organizational vision, and corroborating partners profitability
• Collaborating with cross functions like Product team to develop proper options/merchandise mix and new projects required for the channel to be competitive in the market. Formulating the distribution buying strategy season on season to deliver desired revenue targets
• Planning season OTB with distributors with the logical alignment with the management.
• Assessing business requirements of MBOs in terms of merchandise mix, marketing and promotional activities, and manpower planning. Adhering to and implementing VM principles and merchandising standards strictly
• Driving market penetration by recommending and adding new dealers in existing and new markets
• Overlooking the development of team members through effective communication and cascading of organizational objectives. Training and coaching team members to drive improved results
