Role: Territory Sales Manager-CDL

Location: Jharkhand

Experience: 5 to 8YRS

Role & responsibilities

• • Managing CD business through teams at specific dealer counters in the assigned area or region.
  • Managing a team of sales managers.
  • Identify business opportunities and prepare proposals for acquisition of new POS (POINT OF SALES).
  • Responsible for dealer network relationships and expansion.
  • Managing sales profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned dealerships.
  • Handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints.
  • Planning & execute sales promotion plans & activities.
  • Effective cost management.
  • Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities
  • Evolve local market specific selling strategies   

Key Responsibility

• Work with AMs/ZM to formulate and implement strategies for performance improvement
• Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration
• Gather and analyze market intelligence. Provide inputs to improve product offerings. Build effective plans to improve sales operations
• Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans
• Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process.

Mandatory Skills :

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5- 8 yrs of relevant experience.

• Good communication and pleasing personality.

• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.

• Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skill to be displayed.
