Job Role :

Key functions will be:

• Credit Decisions Take prudent lending decisions based on sound judgment.
• Portfolio Quality Management Ensure healthy branch portfolio.
• Good MIS skills and good understanding of systems
• Coordinating / managing RCU & verification vendors.
• Contribute to Business Profit Goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Credit Decisions

• Good Underwriting skills - Take sound lending decisions based on available information &
• interactions with the applicants.
• Have a good understanding of systems and good grasping power in order to underwrite through the
• system
• Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds.
• Understand credit policy as well as credit environment in the city / branch.
• Supervision and control for closure of PDDs along with APMs and Ops (including liasoning with RTO
• Agents)
• Monitor the PDD pendency and put triggers wherever applicable
• Have a good knowledge about the market and the competitors. Good networking skills is desirable.
• Should have good knowledge to prepare MIS
• Manage the process required for delivering reasonable turnaround time.
• Monitor portfolio indicators and ensure that they are within the desired levels.

Monitoring Performance

• Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e.
•  Loses / Portfolio quality parameters
• Cost of credit administration

Mandatory Skills :

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• 4-6 years Credit/Underwriting experience in Auto Loans.
• Understanding of portfolio metrics.
• Strong inter-personal skills which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
