PivotRoots, a Havas Company, s looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager - Social Media with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and audience growth. You will work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to craft compelling campaigns that drive meaningful interactions and business impact.

Job Description :

Roles Responsibilities:

• Leading and inspiring a team of executives and managers in the Social Media team along with the copy and design members

• Guide clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation.

• Oversee and execute miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the accounts.

• Actively present ideas to expand service offering and enhance positioning of the firm.

• Being a team player and mentoring young executives and managers to grow them into future leaders.

Desired Candidate profile:

• 3 years of experience managing clients in a Social media agency.

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.

• Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.

• Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.

• Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing.

• Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a

• commercial environment.

• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadline
