Role & responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop, manage, and execute detailed social media content calendars for Jiva School ensuring alignment with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience (TG).
Customize strategies to cater to diverse platforms (Instagram and YouTube, etc.) and audience preferences, driving engagement and brand awareness.
Content Development & Scripting:
Create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiencesfocusing on highlights and brand stories
Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to brainstorm scripts for social media videos, and school-focused content, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and impactful.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Regularly track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Social Media Promotion, boosting social media posts on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube to the right TG with the right objective.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine content strategies, optimize campaign performance, and achieve business KPIs.
Trend Analysis & Implementation:
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new formats such as Instagram Reels, AR filters, and viral content into the brands content mix.
Creative Production:
Lead and supervise all creative production activities, including photoshoots, video shoots, and product launches. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
Work with internal teams to execute high-quality visuals and storytelling in line with brand guidelines and market needs.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Oversee all ORM activities across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent responses to customer inquiries, reviews, and comments while maintaining a positive brand image.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to align social media efforts with product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations.
Innovation & Experimentation:
Experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and platform-specific innovations to stay ahead of competitors and keep audiences engaged.
Ensure all social media content reflects Jivas positioning in education industry, promoting it with creativity and authenticity.
Requirements:
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on video content creation (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Proficiency in video editing software and social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for growing a follower base and driving engagement.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate in the fast-paced world of social media.
Nice to Have:
Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Familiarity with online reputation management (ORM) tools and strategies.
