Chief Operating Officer - Real Estate (15-20 yrs)

Operational Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and profitability goals.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set long-term goals and business strategies.

- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads across all divisions (property management, sales, marketing, development, etc.).

- Ensure alignment of day-to-day operations with the company's vision, mission, and values.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

- Identify opportunities for growth, including new markets, potential acquisitions, and partnerships.

- Oversee feasibility studies for real estate investments and expansion strategies.

- Analyze market trends and advise the CEO on potential opportunities and risks.

Financial & Operational Performance:

- Manage financial operations, ensuring that the company operates within budget and achieves financial targets.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and implement improvements where necessary.

- Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial health and profitability of ongoing projects and operations.

Property Development & Management:

- Oversee all aspects of property acquisition, development, and management.

- Lead the execution of large-scale development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to local real estate laws.
