Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, with a focus on expansion, retention, and revenue.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine the business strategy, ensuring a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.
2. P&L Management:
- Assume ownership of the P&L, managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Implement cost-effective measures and revenue-generating strategies to enhance overall profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.
3. Cross-Functional Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, category, tech, operations, and finance to drive project success.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, addressing any issues promptly.
4. Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement plans for expanding our market presence especially internationally, identifying new business opportunities and target markets.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to facilitate the penetration and expansion of our market footprint.
- Monitor and assess the success of initiatives aimed at market growth, adapting strategies as needed to optimize results.
5. Investor Relations:
- Develop and present compelling business cases to attract potential investors, showcasing the company's growth potential, financial viability, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on business performance, milestones achieved, and future plans.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate and transparent financial reports for investors, ensuring clear communication of the company's financial health.
- Organize periodic meetings, webinars, and events to foster a sense of transparency and engagement with investors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the executive team to align business strategies with investor expectations and demonstrate a commitment to maximizing shareholder value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 13+ years in growth marketing, preferably in a start-up or e-commerce environment.
- A deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Category.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
