Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across diverse industries, fostering trust and understanding their unique needs.

- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and secure top talent for our clients' open positions.

- Exceptional Client Service: Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and exceeding their expectations with tailored solutions.

- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in client servicing and recruitment within a professional services firm, staffing agency, or a similar client-facing role.

- Proven track record of successfully attracting and placing top talent.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
