Technical Manager - VMware (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled professional with the following expertise :

- Backup Solutions (Commvault)

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Management : Administer Windows and Linux environments.

- VMware Management : Perform Level 2 administration of VMware ESXi and related platforms.

- Storage Management : Manage NAS and SAN storage solutions, including Pure Storage.

- Backup Management : Oversee Commvault backup systems.

- Hardware Management : Manage physical hardware including Cisco, Lenovo, and Cisco UCS servers.

- Patching & Firmware Upgrades : Perform regular patching and firmware upgrades on hardware and software.

- AWS IaaS : Manage and troubleshoot AWS compute infrastructure, including EC2 instances, load balancers, and related services.

- Incident Management : Drive root cause analysis (RCA), escalations, and remediation efforts for operational issues.

- Team Management : Lead and coordinate the activities of the team.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
