Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Strategist with a minimum of 10 years in the analytics industry, specializing in Data Modernization, Predictive Plant Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, Digital Twin, and understanding the complexities of data and key industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of AI and generative AI strategies, aligning them with organizational goals.

- Oversee presales activities by consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting customized AI solutions.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation and establish best practices for Python libraries and model deployment on various cloud platforms.

- Lead a team of technical experts in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) for diverse client requirements.

- Engage with clients directly, communicating complex AI scenarios and strategic recommendations effectively.

- Mentor team members, enhancing their expertise in generative AI technologies.

- Ensure AI solutions adhere to quality, ethical standards, and performance optimization for reliability and efficiency.

- Spearhead change management to facilitate smooth integration of AI-driven technologies into clients' existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Predictive Analytics.

- Expertise in defining and implementing AI strategies that meet organizational goals and industry requirements.

- Strong understanding of AI and data complexities, especially in industries like manufacturing, supply chain, and plant operations.

- Mastery in designing, architecting, and implementing solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and hybrid environments.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks, including Transformers, and techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.

- Expertise in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained AI models, with a solid understanding of AI data engineering and large data processing.

- Proficiency in AI tools and platforms such as Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery, AWS S3, Databricks, and Snowflake.

- Advanced Python programming skills for analyzing complex AI scenarios and providing strategic recommendations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of guiding complex technical discussions and gaining consensus.

- Relevant AI/ML certifications at the Architect/Lead level.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in AI-driven projects and leadership in the analytics domain.
