Job Description :

- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) framework and tools.

- Understanding of the Teamcenter PLM application to support product design and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), Change Management, BMIDE, Access Management Utilities, and Templates.

- Proven experience with installation, configuration, deployments, and generating reports.

- In-depth understanding of the Teamcenter architecture.

- Hands-on experience with rich client, server, and utility development.

- Second-level support for specific products and technology components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate problem resolution with third-party vendors.

- Oversee daily operations of representatives managing customer accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships.

- Use deep knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members.

- Work on support projects while ensuring adherence to SLA governance.

- Provide user support within a global, multi-disciplinary environment.

- Collaborate with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.

- Coordinate support activities to identify solutions for complex issues.

- Provide metrics and reports for the support team.

- Ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies promptly.
