Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical hiring, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top IT talent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals) to identify top IT professionals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and hiring progress.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring, IT skill sets, and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for niche IT roles and emerging technologies.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate IT recruitment.
- Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
