Technical Project Manager (7-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee Agile software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.

- Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.

- Ensure smooth development and delivery of Java/UI/Microservices-based projects.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of blockers.

- Optimize development processes and implement best practices in Agile project management.

- Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience in managing Agile projects as a Scrum Master.

- Strong expertise in Java, UI development, and Microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience in eCommerce domain and project execution.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive project success as a Freelancer/Contractor.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
