Desired Candidate Profile:
Behalf of Engineering Team: They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the business objectives.
You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to manage the technical project lifecycle while driving continuous improvement in processes and aligning technical goals with the overall business strategy.
Thorough knowledge of finance and accounting practices will be an added advantage.
Requirement: Experience :
- Should have total experience of 10+Years to 15 Years
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a technical field.
- Proven experience managing Business Intelligence/Data Engineering, IT infrastructure, or other technology-driven projects.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of technical concepts, development life cycles, and industry best practices.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand and evaluate business objectives, and align technical tasks and deliverables with overall business goals, especially in a fast-paced development environment.
- Finance & Accounting Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of finance and accounting principles are highly desirable and will provide a significant advantage.
- Coordination Skills: Exceptional ability to coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
- Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar project management certifications are a plus.
Key Skills :
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and change management practices.
- Finance and accounting understanding to aid in managing projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure all technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Cross-functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate with software engineers, QA teams, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of any roadblocks.
- Business Alignment: Ensure that technical tasks and objectives are aligned with the broader business strategy and goals. Understand and evaluate business priorities to guide decision-making in a fast-paced development environment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address project risks and issues before they escalate.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and technical processes to increase efficiency and team productivity.
- Agile/Lean Methodology: Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum, Kan-ban) within the team to ensure high-quality product delivery, with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates and reports to upper management and stakeholders.
- Vendor/Partner Coordination: Manage external vendors and service providers as needed to ensure seamless integration and delivery of third-party services.
