About the Job :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java AWS Developer to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Serverless technologies.

This role requires strong backend development expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Design and implement scalable AWS Serverless solutions using Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and SNS.

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality technical output.

- Drive technical discussions, guide architectural decisions, and implement best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing backend solutions.

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.

- Quickly adapt and learn new technologies, including Node.js and TypeScript (or object-oriented JavaScript).

- Manage source control using Bitbucket and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.

Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in AWS Serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SNS).

- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience in backend design, development, and integration with AWS services.

- Ability to lead a team, drive technical meetings, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Node.js and TypeScript (or object-oriented JavaScript).

- Familiarity with Bitbucket and version control best practices.

- Knowledge of cloud security, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
