Senior Java Developer - Microservices Architecture (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our IT company as a full-time employee.

This role is based in Hyderabad and requires an immediate joiner with 8+ years of experience in Java development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.

- Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

- Work with Kafka for event-driven messaging and multithreading for efficient processing.

- Implement encryption & decryption techniques to ensure data security.

- Develop and optimize REST APIs for seamless integration.

- Work with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and relational databases.

- Utilize JUnit, Mockito for writing and executing unit tests.

- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using ELK & Kibana.

- Follow CI/CD and DevOps best practices to ensure smooth deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, API-first development, Voice UI, and AI technologies.

- Ensure robust security life cycle management and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 7+ years of experience in Java 11/17, functional programming in Java, and Spring Boot.

- Strong expertise in REST API development, Kafka, WebFlux (nice to have), ELK & Kibana, JUnit, Mockito.

- Experience in enterprise-level Order Management and Supply Chain Systems.

- Hands-on experience in building and governing microservices for the Supply Chain domain.

- Good understanding of infrastructure, networks, and security with a focus on cybersecurity.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps solutions.

- Expertise in Maven/Gradle, Git, and GitHub Enterprise.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members
