JD - E Commerce Executive - B2C Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to oversee our B2C operations on various marketplaces in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset for developing SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), optimizing sales channels, and efficiently managing warehouse operations. This role requires a blend of e-commerce expertise, logistical proficiency, and a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Strategically manage our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms in India, ensuring optimized product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales.
SKU Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop new SKUs that align with consumer preferences and market demand.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer surveys to inform SKU development strategies.
Sales Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all online channels.
Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundling strategies to stimulate sales and increase average order value.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, damages, and write-offs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and warehouse logistics, preferably in the B2C segment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
