Company is best for any department not for Ecom. The HOD only cares about filled work done sheet with proof not about the results and work done by an employee. If you are working hard then too you have to show work done sheet to prove you have worked. HOD can punish you for anything which he didn't even know about but cannot listen your side once due to his superior complexity. Too much politics and biasedness.
