Finance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and File Original Documents (PPA, Land Leases, EPC Agreements, TSRs, etc.)
2. Prepare MIS for monthly loan EMI and interest payments for 179 loan accounts.
3. Update Various Trackers on a daily basis.
4. Coordinate Bank Account Opening and Closures for all 60 SPVs, along with any additional Solar/BESS SPVs in the future.
5. Ensure Bank Compliance under consortium banking on a monthly or quarterly basis, including FFR, UFCE, EPC annexures, quarterly certificates, and monthly CC interest computations.
6. Account for Bank Charges such as Bank Guarantee Charges, SFMS, Stamp Charges, and others on a weekly basis.
7. Collect and Reconcile Bank Invoices for BG commission charges.
8. Conduct GST Reconciliation and resolve any GST mismatches on a monthly basis.
9. Track Bank Book Utilization Actual.
