Key Responsibilities Areas ( Job Description)

• To handle all banking function of the company.
• Coordination with bank for all LC and SBLC, buyers’ credit, Bank Guarantee etc.
• Resolution of documentation with bank, ice gate and RBI for all import and export.
• Checking and verification of documents required for import and calculation of customs duty.
• All banking compliances i.e. related to import, bill of entry, customs duty, periodical report submission etc.
• Co-ordination with bank for fund disbursement of Loan.
• Dealing with Bill discounting.
• Capability to handle Multiple bank reconciliation on daily basis.
• Preparing bank reconciliation and timely resolution of open item.
• Deal with all correspondence and communication with bank.
• Letter drafting skill for periodical interaction with banks, including the follow-up for pending and incomplete assignments.
• Strong follow up with bank for achieving cost saving targets and for reimbursement of wrong deductions done by bank.
• Monitoring of LC/BG/EMD/FDR/SD/DD and checking Terms and conditions as per law and as per company.
• Work with bank for all bank sanction approval.
• Preparing MIS and reports required by management.
• Candidate should have two/ three direct repartee.
