DGM / AGM - Operations & Maintenance (National Highways Projects)

1. Plan, implement, and supervise routine, periodic, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the highway.

2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Subcontractors responsible for O&M activities.

3. Ensure proper upkeep of road assets, including pavement, signage, toll plazas, bridges, culverts, and other infrastructure components.

4. Ensure compliance with the Concession Agreement, O&M Manual, and other regulatory guidelines issued by NHAI / MoRTH.

5. Coordinate with NHAI, Independent Engineers, and Concessionaires for approvals and compliance-related documentation.

6. Prepare and submit periodic reports as per the contractual and regulatory requirements.

7. Oversee the functioning of highway patrolling, ambulances, and incident response teams.

8. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of repairs and rehabilitation.

9. Prepare and manage the annual O&M budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

10. Supervise and guide O&M engineers, site managers, and technical teams.
