DGM / AGM - Highways (National Highways Projects)

1. Oversee the execution of national highway projects, ensuring alignment with the approved project plan and design specifications.

2. Monitor project timelines, cost control measures, and quality standards.

3. Ensure adherence to MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), NHAI (National Highways Authority of India), and IRC (Indian Roads Congress) guidelines.

4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety norms.

5. Manage contracts with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

6. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction.

7. Address and resolve grievances from local communities and other stakeholders.

8. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, approvals, permits, and project milestones.
