Operation Excellence - Analyst

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead all Value Realization (Cost Savings) Initiatives for the manufacturing and non-manufacturing side of the plant.
• Conduct detailed analysis/mapping of current batch/continuous manufacturing processes of various products of GFL.
• Support for implementation of all Business Excellence/Operational Excellence/Business Transformation program at site.
• Collaborate with Shop floor team of the plant (various HODs) for defining and implementation of Process improvement/Cost improvement initiatives.
• Present end to end project details to senior management for final approval in consultation with all key stakeholders.
• Implementation of Structured Project Execution process using Six sigma methodology.
• Analysis of key process parameters across all plant on daily/weekly basis for necessary improvement.
• Develop MIS for better monitoring of Operations wrt. Cost/Quality/Productivity/Downtime/Customer complaints/Process consistency.
• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains through data-driven insights.
• Provide training to plant team on Six Sigma projects & other Industrial engineering tools
• Execution of Statistical Process control tools at shop floor.
• Closely working with various consultants for implementation/validation of various projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase plant profitability.
• Establish and oversee quality assurance measures for vendor risk assessments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate operation excellence principles into daily plant operations.
• Collaborate with various vendors for various new developments of the plant and streamline processes.
• Lead Process Digitization journey at site.

Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experience :

• BE in (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) + 12 to 15 years to experience
• BE in (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) + MBA(Operations) + 5 to 7 years of experience
• Candidate with Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt will be given preference
