We are working with a mid sized global IT Services firm to hire an experienced Team Lead - HR Operations to join their team.
This role will focus on the entire Hire to Retire HR operations. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, including onboarding, background verification, payroll processing, employee support services, and exit management. This is a global position focused on ensuring seamless HR operations while maintaining high service standards and compliance. You will also lead a team of 5 to 8 frontline HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, setting clear goals and driving performance.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background verification, payroll, and exit processes.
- Manage employee queries, ensuring timely resolutions through HR support channels.
- Develop and refine HR operational policies, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with organizational needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support talent retention strategies.
- Implement performance management frameworks and ensure consistent application across teams.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years post MBA in HR with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms- SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Must have worked with global IT MNC.
