Job Summary:
The Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for
overseeing the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing
initiatives that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. This role requires
a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement
strategies, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. The
Manager/Senior Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
sales, product development, and operations team, to ensure alignment between
marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
â Strategic Planning & Execution:
â Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with
business goals and revenue targets.
â Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop strategies to
capitalize on them.
â Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various
2 channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
â Oversee the development and management of marketing budgets,
ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.
â Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to
inform marketing strategies and tactics.
â Lead Generation & Nurturing:
â Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the
company's products/services.
â Monitor lead generation metrics, analyze campaign performance, and
identify areas for improvement.
â Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead handover and
conversion.
â Digital Marketing & Analytics:
â Oversee the management of digital marketing channels
â Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, utilizing data analytics
tools to track key metrics and identify trends.
â Optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
â Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
â Branding & Messaging:
â Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing collateral,
including website content, brochures, presentations, and sales assets.
â Collaborate with product development and customer success teams to
ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
â Team Leadership & Development:
â Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, including
managers and individual contributors.
â Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within
the marketing team.
â Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and
identify development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
â Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
â 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing/performance Marketing Role
â Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
strategies that drive business growth.
â Extensive experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer
engagement.
â Experience in the education sector, specifically with an ed-tech player, is
highly desirable.
â Skills:
â Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop
high-performing marketing teams.
â Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the
ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
â Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with
stakeholders at all levels.
â Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing
channels and best practices, including Search, Display, social media,
affiliates and email marketing.
â Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in using data analytics tools to
track marketing performance, generate insights, and make data-driven
decisions
