GRN Process Manager (EPC project)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced GRN Process Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process for our global projects. This role requires a strong background in GRN workflows, ERP systems (SAP), and leadership capabilities to oversee a centralized team supporting large-scale, multinational projects. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, collaborate across teams, and ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the GRN process for all global projects, ensuring timely and accurate recording of goods and services received.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of project-specific GRN requirements, aligning with procurement and project controls.
• Manage and resolve discrepancies between POs, invoices, and goods received.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of GRN operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial standards, and global regulations.
• Develop, enforce, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GRN workflows.
• Lead and mentor a centralized GRN team, ensuring high performance and adherence to global standards.
• Collaborate with regional and project-specific teams (procurement, finance, operations) to resolve GRN-related challenges.
• Generate and analyze GRN reports, including backlog tracking, discrepancies, and performance metrics, offering insights to management.
• Provide timely and accurate GRN updates to support project execution, invoicing, payments, and project cost tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in GRN processing, procurement, or supply chain roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience with SAP MM, PS, and FICO modules or similar ERP systems.
• Strong background in the EPCM industry or managing GRN for large-scale global projects.
• Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of GRN processes and their integration with procurement and finance functions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and discrepancy resolution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, SAP MM, or PMP will be an advantage.
