Role: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering successful projects. The role

involves managing projects from kick-off to go-live, adhering to PMO processes &best practices and

coordinating and managing internal stakeholders as well 3rd party vendors.

Requirements

• Experience:
  
• Minimum 12 years as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years in the Supply Chain domain
  

within large global enterprises.

• Proven experience with managing SAP implementation projects.
  
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in logistics/supply chain.
  
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery within the Supply Chain sector.
  
• Expertise in implementing and sustaining Project Management Best Practices.
  
• Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving and solutioning.
  
• Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Outstanding stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
  
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and high stakeholder
  

satisfaction.

• Actively engage with stakeholders to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  
• Independently lead meetings, managing internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Develop and manage project plans, track deliverables, and mitigate risks proactively.
  
• Manage project scope to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  
• Oversee the project lifecycle to ensure all deliverables meet agreed objectives.
  
• Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
