Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Senior Associate with substantial experience in Indian payroll processes to be an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian payroll regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

2. Payroll Processing:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Calculate and process monthly payroll, incorporating salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions.
• Address employee queries related to payroll promptly, resolving discrepancies as needed.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain precise and up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards for all payroll-related data.

4.Vendor Management:

• Collaborate effectively with payroll service providers and other pertinent vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely resolution of any arising issues.

5. Employee Relations:

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the HR team to provide support for employee queries and concerns.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for enhancing payroll procedures through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement best practices to elevate efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record as an HR Associate with a specialized focus on Indian payroll processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance related to payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
